• All fittings are by appointment only. No deposit is required for fitting appointments.
• A deposit is required to secure rentals or purchase orders.
• Rental period is 2 days. Additional days or late returns will incur extra charges.
• A security deposit is required for all rentals and will be refunded once the gown is returned in its original condition.
• Dry cleaning is not included in the rental price. Cleaning will be handled by Kylie Bridal, and a detailed invoice will be provided after completion.
• Please handle the gown and accessories with care. Any damage, stains, or missing items may result in additional fees.
• Alterations that permanently change the gown are not allowed.
